Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    5 or 6 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together.
    Add shortening; blend until fine and mealy.
    Add vinegar and egg.
    Add 1 tablespoon water at a time.
    Yield: 2 pie crusts.
    May be frozen for later use.
    Allow to thaw before cooking.
