Ingredients

1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Blend first 3 ingredients in saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved.
Do not boil.
Cool and whip in oil.
