German Style Pot Roast(For Crock Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cups beef broth
12 ginger snap cookies
1 (4-5 lb.) boneless beef roast
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. sugar
2 envelopes brown gravy mix

Preparation

Sear roast on all sides, then put in crock pot with other ingredients.
