Beer Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (11 oz.) cans Cheddar cheese soup
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. strong or light beer (at room temperature)
crumbled snack crackers or popcorn
chopped parsley
Preparation

In saucepan over low heat, combine soup, sugar, garlic salt, pepper and milk.
Heat to simmering.
Stir in beer.
Ladle into mugs or bowls.
Top servings with crumbled crackers or popcorn and parsley.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
