Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion
    1/2 green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. crabmeat
    dash of nutmeg
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Chop onion and green pepper; cook to the tender stage in butter (do not brown).
    Blend in flour, then add milk and stir until thick.
    Add cheese, salt, nutmeg and crabmeat.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Cover with crumbs.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 until brown.
