Fluffy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings, crushed
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients; beat 2 or 3 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.
    Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Spread crushed onions evenly over top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
