Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. light raisins
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda into a bowl.
Cut in margarine until crumbly.
Add egg, peel and juice, all at once.
Stir until moist.
Fold in raisins and berries. Bake in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch greased pan at 350\u00b0 for one hour and thirty minutes.
