Home Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red potatoes
    oil
    onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash and slice as many red potatoes as needed.
    Leave peelings on.
    Place in skillet that has 1/2 inch oil in bottom. Cut onion over potatoes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with lid; cook over low heat until tender.
    Remove lid and brown on both sides. Serve with white beans and cornbread.
