Smoked Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage
1 small head cabbage
4 or 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
salt and pepper
butter
Preparation

Layer potatoes in a baking dish.
Salt and pepper; dot with butter.
Cut up cabbage and lay on top of potatoes.
Cut sausage into 2-inch pieces; then slice down middle.
Lay on top of cabbage.
Add 3/4 cup of water.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
