5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    3 potatoes, diced
    3 carrots, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large covered casserole.
    Bake in oven for 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
