Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    6 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Cook peeled potatoes until tender.
    Drain and mash until smooth.
    Add all ingredients and beat.
    Refrigerate, covered. Keeps for about 2 weeks.
    Place desired amount in buttered casserole; dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or microwave a small dipper on a plate or in individual serving dish.
