Diabetic Bar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. diet margarine
    2 eggs
    6 packets Sweet 'N Low
    1/2 tsp. maple, vanilla or lemon (your choice)
    1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped prunes
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Place margarine in a cup and melt in microwave.
    Beat eggs and sweetener until fluffy.
    Add flavoring, flour and baking powder. Blend in margarine.
    Stir in nuts, raisins, prunes and coconut. Pour in an 8-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
