Molded Potato Salad* - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. potatoes (Irish)
1/2 medium green pepper
1 tsp. salad oil
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 medium onion
2 canned pimientos
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender.
Cool and peel.
Cut in thin slices.
Chop onion, pepper and pimientos.
Lightly oil a standard loaf pan.
Mix onion, pepper, pimiento, mayonnaise, curry powder and salt.
Arrange layer of potato slices in bottom of pan. Spread with mayonnaise.
Alternate potatoes and the mixture until all ingredients are used.
Press down firmly.
Chill.
Unmold onto salad greens.
