Picnic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) hash browns, thawed
    1 stick melted butter
    1/2 c. or 1/4 c. chopped onion
    6 oz. sour cream
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in order given.
    Mix well. Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
