Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. stew meat
    3 large carrots, cut in chunks
    8 small potatoes, cut in chunks
    2 c. green beans (fresh or frozen)
    3 large onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 c. tomatoes, crushed (large can plus 1 can water)
    salt and pepper
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Mexican hot pepper seeds or as desired
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in pan; cover and cook on low heat for 4 to
    5 hours.
    Stir to prevent sticking occasionally.
