Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cool water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
    1 box strawberry Jell-O or 1 box sugar-free Jell-O
    4 c. sliced fresh strawberries
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Cook first 3 ingredients until thickened over medium heat. Remove from heat.
    Add Jell-O.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Cool.
    Fold in the strawberries.
    Pour into baked pie shell and chill.
    Serve with spoonful of Cool Whip on top.
