Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz. each) boxes instant French vanilla pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 (12 oz.) container nondairy whipped topping
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. graham crackers
    1 (16 oz.) container ready-to-spread chocolate fudge frosting*
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil first four ingredients for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla.
    Pour over top and refrigerate.
