Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 c. Crisco (add chocolate here)
    3 c. sugar (before adding eggs)
    5 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Start in cold oven.
    Do not open door for 1 hour.
    Cream butter and Crisco and add chocolate syrup, then add sugar and blend.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift flour and baking powder together.
    Add flour and milk to cream mixture alternately, beginning and ending with flour.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake in a tube pan, greased and floured for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
