Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. corn chips
    5 c. cooked, diced chicken
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 large or 2 small cans green chilies
    1 medium onion, cut into rings
    2 1/2 to 3 c. chicken broth
    pimento
Preparation
    Place a layer of 1/2 the corn chips, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 the chilies in casserole.
    Repeat layers.
    Cook onions rings in chicken broth for 5 minutes.
    Arrange onion rings and pimento on casserole.
    Pour broth over casserole. Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
