Lemon Chicken With Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 clove crushed garlic
juice of 1 lemon
rind of 1 lemon, grated
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 large carrots, cut in sticks
1 medium zucchini, cut in sticks
Preparation

Coat chicken in flour. Melt butter in skillet.
Cook chicken with garlic 5 minutes on each side until brown.
Remove chicken. Stir in broth, lemon peel, lemon juice and thyme.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to medium-low.
Add carrots; cook until crisp-tender.
Add chicken and zucchini.
Spoon juice over this.
Cook, uncovered, 3 minutes.
