Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. green or red cabbage, shredded
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. scallions, chopped
    1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. almonds, chopped
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    salt to taste
    carrot curls and black olives (for garnish)
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, wheat germ, scallions, parsley and almonds. Set aside.
    Mix together yogurt, dill, mustard and salt.
    Pour yogurt mixture over cabbage mixture; toss to mix.
    Pack into a 1-quart mold and refrigerate.
    Unmold onto serving plate.
    Garnish with carrot curls and black olives.
