Pier 4 Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 oz. Wispride sharp cheese
1/4 c. cream cheese
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. plus 3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. plus 1/2 tsp. cooking sherry
2 Tbsp. plus 1/2 tsp. horseradish

Preparation

Blend all ingredients and chill.
