Sweet Spring Salad(No Sugar) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes, chopped
3 c. thinly sliced radishes
2 large cucumbers, quartered and chopped in large pieces
1 c. apple cider vinegar
3/4 c. water
sugar substitute equal to 1 c.
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 large onions, thinly sliced
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers and onions. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, water, sugar substitute, salt and pepper until sugar substitute is dissolved. Pour over vegetable mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Serve with slotted spoon.
