Curried Cheese Pate With Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz. size) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    2 (10 oz. size) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    1 c. chutney (I use Major Grey's), chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Line a 7 x 6-inch, 1 1/2-quart dish with waxed paper.
    In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, curry powder, salt and sherry.
    With electric mixer or food processor at medium speed, beat until smooth.
    Turn into prepared dish; refrigerate, covered, until firm, 4 hours or overnight.
