Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
12 to 15 pepperoni slices
lasagna noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. minced garlic or garlic powder
1/8 tsp. each of salt and pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In large skillet, brown ground beef.
Drain.
In separate skillet cook pepperoni until sides curl.
Drain.
Add pepperoni to ground beef.
Stir in the spaghetti sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and onion and simmer 20 minutes.
Bring 2 quarts water to boil and add noodles.
Cook until tender.
Drain.
