Reuben Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    12 slices rye bread
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    6 slices cooked corned beef
    1 can sauerkraut, drained (16 oz.)
Preparation
    Substitute 1 1/2 cups coleslaw for sauerkraut.
    Mix mayonnaise and chili sauce.
    Spread over 6 slices of bread.
    Arrange cheese, corned beef and sauerkraut on top of mayonnaise mixture.
    Top with remaining bread slices (if desired, spread margarine over both sides of each sandwich).
    Cook over low heat until bottom is golden brown and cheese begins to melt, about 10 minutes.
    Turn and cook other side the same.
    Makes 6 sandwiches.
