Cheesy Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    1 medium onion
    12 oz. sour cream
    10 to 12 oz. Longhorn or Colby cheese
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Cool, peel and shred.
    Chop 1 onion.
    Melt oleo and add onion.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add shredded potatoes, cheese, sour cream, onion and oleo.
    Mix together.
    Put in an ovenproof dish.
    Bake 1/2 hour to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
