Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread (any brand)
    1 large head broccoli
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. cheese (Provolone or sharp Cheddar or whatever you have around)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Take the frozen dough out the night before and cover with a thin coat of oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
    Cover and let it rise overnight.
    Next day, knead dough and roll out to approximately 1/4-inch thick.
    Don't forget to flour your surface!
    Cook broccoli and season to your taste (I use garlic salt), then on top of your dough, put the cheese and then cooked broccoli and roll up!
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
