Never Soggy Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups plain flour
    1 cup Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, Crisco and salt together until crumbly.
    Beat egg, add water to beaten egg, beat, then add vinegar.
    Add the egg-water-vinegar mixture to flour-Crisco-salt mixture.
    Mix well, roll into size crust required.
    Makes 3 single pie crusts.
    Bake according to directions of your pie recipe.
