Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. crushed pineapple, well drained
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Preparation

Mix together except the chopped nuts; form into a ball and roll in the chopped nuts.
Chill.
Serve with crackers.
