Salmon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2/3 c. finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped almonds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    6 Tbsp. oil
    15 1/2 oz. can salmon
    3/4 c. Egg Beaters or 3 beaten eggs
    1 c. sour cream (reduced calorie)
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
    3 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Crust:
    Combine whole wheat flour, 2/3 cup cheese, almonds, salt and paprika in a bowl.
    Stir in oil.
    Set aside 1/2 cup crust.
    Press remaining crust into 9-inch quiche dish or pie pan. Bake crust in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Remove crust and reduce oven to 325\u00b0.
