Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. grated raw zucchini
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, pineapple and zucchini; mix well.
    Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda and add to first mixture, then add nuts; mix well.
    Put in 2 greased and floured bread tins.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes (or until done) at 325\u00b0.
