Onion Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Combine everything but onion rings and beat until blended. Beat at high speed until creamy and smooth.
    Layer with onion rings.
    Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
