Garlic Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 dashes Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    In
    large
    bowl, blend cheeses.
    Add all seasonings and mix until
    smooth.
    Dust
    hands with flour and shape into two rolls the
    size
    of
    silver
    dollars.
    Mix
    chili
    powder and paprika; spread
    on sheet of wax paper.
    Roll cheese, flatten ends
    and roll
    them also.
    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for
    24 hours.
    Freezes well.
    (For low calorie, use half and half, Velveeta cheese and omit salt.)
