Stuffed Pork Chop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    4 c. cubed bread
    3 Tbsp. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine bread, onions, celery, salt and pepper.
    Beat eggs and add to melted butter; pour over bread mixture with enough hot milk or water to moisten thoroughly.
    Lay 3 or 4 pork chops in greased baking dish; put stuffing over chops.
    Lay the rest of the pork chops on top.
    Season meat if desired.
    Bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour.
