Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. diced bell pepper
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Bring mixed vegetables to a boil. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs and drizzle with 1 cube melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
