Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

27 to 30 tomatoes, grind or smash
2 red peppers (sweet), grind
3 green peppers, grind
3 large onions, grind
1 or 2 hot peppers, cut in pieces
3 Tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar (brown or white)
1 1/2 tsp. each: cinnamon, cloves, allspice, ginger and nutmeg
Preparation

Cook until thick; put in clean jars and seal.
Makes about 7 pints.
