Moma B'S Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (ground chuck)
1 large onion, chopped
3 ribs celery
3 medium carrots, sliced
3 cans hot chili beans or 2 cans hot chili beans (Bush's) or 2 cans hot chili beans and 1 can dark red kidney beans
salt and pepper to taste
1 (64 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 lb. can tomatoes, chopped
chili powder to taste
Preparation

Brown meat and add onion and celery; cook until onion is slightly cooked.
Add carrots, beans, tomatoes, V-8, salt, pepper and chili powder.
(Couple of dashes of hot sauce, if desired.) Simmer about 1 hour.
