Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    butter
    salt and pepper
    crushed cereal flakes
    pineapple slices
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Combine cooked sweet potatoes, butter, salt and pepper; drop 1/3 to 1/2 cup at a time onto crushed cereal flakes which have been spread over waxed paper.
    Place each ball on pineapple slice in buttered pan.
    Top with maraschino cherry.
    Heat at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve hot.
