Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. unbleached flour
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
maple syrup
Preparation

In a medium bowl, stir together the unbleached flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, combine the beaten egg, milk and melted margarine; add all at once to flour mixture, stirring until batter is blended, but still slightly lumpy.
