Kahlua Mocha Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. Kahlua
    2 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Line bottom of a long Pyrex baking dish (or a small cookie sheet) with foil and set aside.
    In a 2-quart pan, combine sugar, butter, milk, Kahlua and coffee.
    Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
    Boil 5 minutes and remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted.
    Stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread into pan.
    Chill until firm.
