Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    8 oz. sour cream
    3 c. cake flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    lemon or vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating for about 30 seconds after each addition.
    Add flour and salt, then add sour cream and mix thoroughly.
    Add flavoring, if desired, and pour into a greased and floured pound cake pan.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for about one hour.
