Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
3/4 c. pancake mix
1 pkg. (8 oz.) grated Cheddar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Have sausage and hamburger at room temperature.
Mix in pancake mix, egg and grated cheese with hands.
Form balls the size of a half dollar.
Place balls on cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.
Bake 30 minutes or until brown. To serve, insert toothpick in each sausage ball.
Arrange on a serving tray.
Makes 24 to 30 balls.
