Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
    Combine the eggs and oil, add the milk and then stir into the dry ingredients until just moistened.
    Stir in the berries and bake in a 12-muffin pan at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let cool for about 5 minutes in the pan before removing.
    Let cool on plate, then cover.
    Makes 12 very large muffins.
