Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. hot milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Blend milk, eggs, butter, brown sugar, vanilla and salt.
Pour over bread crumbs in buttered casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until knife comes clean when inserted into pudding.
Yields 4 servings.
