Six Week Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. Raisin Bran
    1 c. melted oleo
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    5 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. buttermilk
    cinnamon, cloves or whatever spice you prefer and/or raisins
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in very large bowl.
    Add eggs, shortening and buttermilk; mix well.
    Store uncovered in refrigerator.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
