Barbecued Garlic Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. unsalted butter (2 1/2 sticks)
    12 green onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. green onion tops, minced
    15 cloves garlic, minced
    2 c. dry white wine
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 lb. large shrimp (unpeeled)
    1 1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
    1 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    8 lemon wedges
Preparation
    You will need 16 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
