Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken breast (1 lb. skinned, boned and cut into cubes)
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
3/4 lb. zucchini, thinly sliced
2 c. chicken Rice-A-Roni, cooked
1 c. fresh mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine chicken, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons cornstarch and ginger.
Toss until well mixed.
In small bowl, mix remaining soy sauce, water, sugar and remaining cornstarch.
Set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons salad oil in Dutch oven or wok.
Add chicken and stir-fry over heat 3 minutes.
Remove. Add remaining salad oil and heat.
Add carrots and onions.
Cook 3 minutes.
Add zucchini and mushrooms.
Stir-fry 2 minutes.
Return chicken and add soy sauce mixture.
Cook until mixture thickens. Add rice.
Stir-fry a few minutes and serve.
Delicious.
