Kolaches(Fruit Filled Pastry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    pie filling
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. water
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream the butter, sugar, salt and eggs thoroughly.
    Dissolve dry yeast in warm water.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Add 1 1/2 cups flour.
    Beat 5 minutes at low on electric mixer.
    Stir in remaining flour.
    Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down and turn out on lightly floured board.
    Makes 1-inch balls.
    Cover and let rise 10 minutes. Press down centers and fill with pie filling (cherry, peach, prune, apricot).
    Let rise 25 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
