Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 sticks butter
    4 boxes confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    walnuts, pecans or Grape-Nuts
    1 c. cocoa
Preparation
    In double boiler, melt butter and cheese.
    In a large bowl, put sugar and cocoa; mix well.
    Pour melted mixture into sugar. Add vanilla and nuts.
    Spread into two 9 x 13-inch pans and cool.
